Here’s how it works
If you do not pass your exam, we refund your purchase in full. We do not ask for a score report.
This guide previously offered two extra months of access instead of a refund. That option is no longer available.
Who’s eligible?
The Pass Guarantee covers anyone who bought Prepia on prepia.com and did not pass the exam they bought it for. There is no minimum plan length and no minimum amount of study.
Bought in our iPhone or Android app? Apple and Google process those refunds. Email [email protected] and we’ll request the refund with you, but the final decision is theirs.
How to request it
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or use the contact form. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

If you changed your mind instead
You do not need the Pass Guarantee for that. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. See our refund policy for the details.
