We’re sorry to see you go. Here’s how you can cancel your subscription, depending on where you signed up.
Cancel via the Prepia website
If you subscribed directly through our website:
- Go to Prepia.com and sign in.
- Open your account and scroll to Plans & Subscriptions.
- Find the plan you want to end and select Cancel plan.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Cancel via the Apple App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find and tap Prepia.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Find and tap Prepia.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
